      Hey all,

I have recently completed an image on a virtual machine with a Windows 11 OS and I am trying to deploy the image I’ve captured to an HP Elite SFF 800 G9 Desktop. I initially boot through our company’s FOG server and run the Partclone process, where everything seems to run smoothly.

After the image is done deploying, the machine restarts, however upon booting again and booting off the hard drive with the image, nothing happens and it will instantly skip to the next object in the boot order. The hard drive in the machine is a Micron 3400 M.2 SSD.

I have already made sure that secure boot is turned off and that the hard drive is the first option in the boot order in the setup menu. I have also tried deploying the image on a separate identical machine, and the exact same thing happens, so I suspect it does have to do with the image itself. I have also tried to deploy an image I have used in the past, and it works fine and is able to boot off the hard drive again.

Any ideas as to why the new machine cannot boot from the hard drive with that specific image?

This is the typical behavior if you make the image with BIOS legacy and dump it in UEFI.
Check that you have made the virtual image in UEFI

Turn off the Raid option in storage section, your PC will boot up!
