Hi All, having used fog in the past I had tools like “mem check” “fogwipe”, “hardisk check” and lots of others. I thought these were in snapins. Having taken over another Fog install I cant find any of the tools, is there something I should download? somewhere else i should look?

@trev-lchs MemCheck is not a snapin, it’s a built-in fog feature among others. Snapins are things you create that are executed by the FOG Client.

My guess is these were removed from the boot menu of the server you’ve got now. You might poke around in the IPXE boot menu area and see if you can add them back.

@wayne-workman Hi Wayne, its not the boot options , they are missing from the fog GUI i was sure I could go to a tab in the GUI that listed things like mem check, fog wipe and a few others, maybe is an extra that i need to install onto fog?

I have found it, you cant see the advanced tasks from the task menu, but if you go into hosts, list all host, select the PC you want, then click Basic Tasks, then advanced, the options are all there. Thanks everyone. I just needed to ask the right question. @Wayne-Workman @george1421
