Secure Boot and Fast Boot are disabled
I have tried the drive in the default RAID On, as well as in AHCI and had the same results
The image is syspreped as well.CLI info
NBP filename is undionly.kkpxe
NBP filesize is 98899 Bytes
Downloading NPB file …
NBP file downloaded successfully

NBP file downloaded successfullyEIther you double posted here or you are the second person to do this in the last 24 hours. NBP indicates UEFI, but you are sending a BIOS boot loader to the target computer. You need to send ipxe.efi if you want to boot into FOG on this uefi computer.
You might also want to look into this article about setting up dynamic dhcp policies on your network. https://wiki.fogproject.org/wiki/index.php/BIOS_and_UEFI_Co-Existence#Using_Windows_Server_2012_.28R1_and_later.29_DHCP_Policy
