Hello ! i m trying to do a master from a ACER VERITON N4670GT , when i m starting the resgistration the quick one , from FOG i have this error : " Cannot find disk on system (getHardDisk)

@franck What version of the kernel are you using (Web UI -> FOG Configuration -> Kernel Update)
If your target computer has a disk controller mode, make sure its configured as ahci not raid mode. In Dell’s terms AHCI mode not Raid-ON mode. (I know we are talking acer here).

@george1421 Using the 5.10.71 version , and i just tryed removing their mod “intel RST premium” and put AHCI mode and the capture worked !
i need to push my master on 30 poste then , that mean i have to put everyone of them in AHCI mode too before doing it ?

The short answer is yes. Now just be aware that switching from raid mode to ahci might cause the system to not boot if the previous mode was selected.
This issue is related to the intel rst adapter, uefi and linux kernel. Intel won’t release the intel raid driver to the linux community so there are no linux drivers to reach the disk. This is not specifically a FOG issue, but a linux/intel issue.
