Doubt about boot in computer

Hello guys,
I am a new user in this project. I have problem/doubt in my context. There are machine that dont function PXE im my unity, in other unity we dont get allow for tests with boot network, is it possible boot via pendrive and show ip fog-server for machine client… without use recourse boot pxe, in this moment.

@tenorio-leandro For uefi yes its possible to boot from pendrive.
