Inspiron 3511 - Windows 11 - bitlocker bsod

Hello all. Long time lurker, first time poster.
Having a time with imaging Dell inspiron 3511s.
Disabled secure boot
Cmd manage-dbe off
Verified full unencrypt
Tore down dell bloatware
Created base image of a win 10 upgraded to 11
Imaged no issue
Installed needed software for image
Sysprep /audit (did not generalize)
Captured image no issue
Upload Image and everything is fine
Bios enable ptt (new tpm)
Clear ptt
Enabled secure boot
Load win 11 no issue
Clear tpm in tpm.msc
Reboot
Manage-bde on
Enable bit locker
Reboot and bsod every flipping time
Error along the lines of “windows.ufei” doesn’t exist 0xc000000f. Got a different error once but don’t remember it.Any help greatly appreciated.

@Fogger2021 Sure this is an issue caused by FOG? Please take a picture of the error on screen and post that here in case the answer to my question is a yes.
