    WebGui language will not change

      Hello Everybody

      i am absolutly new in FOG.

      I want to change the WebGui language. I can choice “german” in the dropdown list, but nothing happend. Only english is displaying.

        @cello You have to install the language items.

        You can do this by rerunning the installer and running:

        installlang=1 /path/to/foginstaller/bin/installfog.sh -y
        

        Then you should be able to change language.

        I would also highly suggest using git and the dev-branch as I made a few tweaks to make it more language friendly.

        Please help us build the FOG community with everyone involved. It's not just about coding - way more we need people to test things, update documentation and most importantly work on uniting the community of people enjoying and working on FOG! Get in contact with me (chat bubble in the top right corner) if you want to join in.

        Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

          thank you for your answer. I did what you described. But it doesn’t work. The language cannot be selected. What does “installlang = 1” mean
