Fog won't capture images

My fog server was reinstalled, it works fine till I tried to capture a image, and this one has me stumped because I have never seen it before. Everytime it captures a image, its fine till it updates the database, then it sits there, till it times out with a jungle error. Help?

@FuriousGamer065 Please check Apache and PHP-FPM logs on the FOG server to get more information in why it fails.
