Forum to Email ?

Is there any way with this forum I can get all message sent to email, maybe in a summary ?

I know there is the rss subscribe, but email is always far more managable.

You should subscribe your email with FOG

You can set your options to auto subscribe to any thread to which you post. That is how I keep up with the threads I care about.
