      Hello !

some informations on my config :

Server fog 1.5.7 on cent OS 7

Windows Server 2016 --> network printer
Windows server 2012 —> Active directory

      I can’t add a network printer
Fogprinterhelper indicate can’t access on a network print.

it must be a ACL problem.
I think Fog Client use the local user system.
Fog client can’t read on a network share from a domain and install printers

how can i resolve it ? Can i indicate on my fog client use an domain user to install network printer ?

Can’t you create a network share specific for these printer stuff that is free to access without username/password?! That way the SYSTEM account used by the fog-client run as a service will be able to access the files.

Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)
