@cbittencourt Do you have other machines that properly PXE boot in UEFI mode?

You can try other binaries like snp.efi, intel.efi or realtek.efi.

Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

@cbittencourt Make sure your uefi firmware is up to date on that Lenovo. We’ve seen some pretty cruddy first generation firmware on lenovo systems in general. It sounds like the iPXE kernel is not wanting to start on that system.

There are a couple of other options we can try, but make sure your firmware is up to date first.

No I meant different models. Just to see if this is specific to the E490.

About the others binaries, i just try randomicaly ?

Yes, just try those and see if it makes a difference. And there is one more: snponly.efi

@george1421 UEFI Bios Version: ROYET41W (1.24) - 2019-12-18 (on ThinkPad BIOS Flash update Utility says its up to date)

              i’m out of ideas

@cbittencourt Secure boot is turned off or on??

Well this is workaround #1: https://forums.fogproject.org/topic/6350/usb-boot-uefi-client-into-fog-menu-easy-way

Basically you are taking ipxe.efi from the fog server and placing it on a formatted usb stick in a specific directory with a specific name. Use the boot manager to boot from the USB stick. If it works then the issue is with the uefi PXE hand off to iPXE. If it fails then the firmware doesn’t like iPXE.

If it doesn’t work then we move on to workaround #2

But of course make sure secure boot is disabled. Any non-signed kernel will have booting issues if its turned on.

@cbittencourt So just for clarity you had secure boot enabled and you turned it off to resolve the issue?
