When installing Fog IP issues

Im very new to the fog project and im not quite sure I understand this. However I do know that there is only supposed to be one IP there. I think? Again I could be wrong, please help!

What hos OS is the fog server running?

@nonamejason Can you please run ip addr show on the Ubuntu command line and post output here.

Which version of FOG do you use? The last release (1.5.7) had an issue with systems that have more than one network interface I think.

@nonamejason Why do you have two IP addresses assigned to the network interface eth0? Is there a good reason for this?

@Sebastian-Roth Thats the problem, it originally was the .20.158. I later changed it to the 20.31. But for some reason it kept both. how can I get rid of the 158

@nonamejason The means by which interface addressing is managed by default has changed a number of times over the years. Which version of Ubunutu Server is this box and how did you add in the 20.31 address?

@nonamejason How did you change it? Probably a config file, post that config file here. Or if it was through the GUI, post a picture of that.
