I have created a new Windows 10 image by using an old one and just updating Win 10 and other software to the level we need them at. I have captured it and upon testing, it won’t join the domain, however, the other images we have in FOG are successfully joining the domain. Please Help!

I am new to the world of FOG and image creation so please forgive me…

We need a lot more information.

First, you stated that you captured the image. Does the image contain the FOG Client being installed on the machine?
What version of FOG are you using?

You have given us no details to be able to help you. Please provide them.

          • The image does contain the FOG client and the fog service is running
          • We are using FOG 10.2.0.60
          • We are using FOG Client version 0.11.16

@jack_chapman2020 said in Image not joining the domain:

            We are using FOG 10.2.0.60

Where did you get this version info from? Login to the FOG Web UI and you should see the version in the bottom right corner.

As well we need the log file from the client that doesn’t want to join the domain. C:\fog.log or C:\Program Files (x86)\FOG\fog.log

@jack_chapman2020 Error is: Logon failure: unknown username or bad password, code = 1326

Try DOMAIN\username and simply username - we have seen one or the other working. Though we have not found the time to figure out in which situation one works or the other.
