Not sure how the IP addresses changed. 10.0.4.24 is the correct, and this worked last week. I tried booting to this today and this is occuring now. I went into the settings on the Web UI fog configuration --> fog settings --> web server and tftp server and made sure the IPs in there were 10.0.4.24 and rebooted the server and still no go.

I believe your dhcp server tells it where to look for /fog/service/ipxe/boot.php
        Check your dhcpd.conf

@mlawhun0114 As mentioned in the topic posted by @rockinhc you need to edit /tftpboot/default.ipxe on your FOG server. Make sure to check the settings file /opt/fog/.fogsettings as well. This is used if you re-run the FOG installer at some point.

Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

Please support FOG if you like it: https://wiki.fogproject.org/wiki/index.php/Support_FOG
