Hello, is there a guide somewhere that walks you through configuring Fog so that it can join PC’s to your domain?

      Hej πŸ™‚

The settings are rather clear. All you need is to set the FOG Active Directory Settings to the correct OU and use the correct User and Password combination.

The Wiki has an article on this, if that doesnt help feel free to ask more πŸ™‚

@Taspharel Just so I understand this correctly, all I have to do to make this work is:

FOG Configuration > FOG Settings > Active Directory Defaults

and fill in the info for:

        AD Default Domain Name
        AD Default OU
        AD Default User
        AD Default Password
        AD Default Password Legacy

        And click Update?

Or is there more to it than that?

@jcabuco Have you heard of the fog-client yet? It’s definitely playing a role for domain join. You will find information on that in the wiki and forums.

Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

Please support FOG if you like it: https://wiki.fogproject.org/wiki/index.php/Support_FOG

            Hei πŸ™‚

As Sebastian stated, for a domain join to function the Host will have to have the client running.

            Information here https://wiki.fogproject.org/wiki/index.php?title=FOG_Client

And for further questions, have a look around the wiki first, it will answer many questions. Anything not listed there people on the forum will be able to help you with. The Developers are VERY active and great πŸ™‚
