      Olá.

Estou implementando o servidor FOG versão 1.5.5 em um ambiente virtualizado com o VMware Player 15.

      Estrutura da Rede virtual:
      Servidor FOG: Debian
Placa de Rede 01: 192.168.1.1/24 (Local)
      Placa de Rede 02: (NAT)

      Servidor DHCP Windows Server 2012
Placa de Rede 01: 192.168.1.2 (Local)
Opção 66: 192.168.1.1 (IP do servidor FOG)
      Opção 67: undionly.kkpxe (já testei com undionly.kpxe)

      Computador Cliente:
      Placa de rede: DHCP

      Foto simples do cenário:
      Capturar.PNG

      Problema:
O computador cliente não está iniciando o boot via placa de rede embora a opção apareça.
Apresenta a seguinte mensagem na tela POST: Start PXE over IPV4

      Capturard.PNG

      Considerar que:

      • Todas as VMs estão se comunicando normalmente.
      • Consigo acessar o painel de gerenciamento do FOG de qualquer computador da rede.

      Alguém poderia me ajudar?

@iot You seem to be using the EFI Network boot option. In this case you need to set ipxe.efi as boot filename (option 67) in your DHCP server.

For more information on the difference between legacy boot and UEFI boot read our wiki article here: https://wiki.fogproject.org/wiki/index.php?title=BIOS_and_UEFI_Co-Existence

Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

Please support FOG if you like it: https://wiki.fogproject.org/wiki/index.php/Support_FOG

          Hello,

You really didn’t give us any information to help you.

          1. What do you exactly have configured for dhcp option 66 and 67?
          2. Do you get a PXE error like PXE-051?

If you can post a clear picture of the error you see taken with a mobile phone. Post the picture in this thread.

Please help us build the FOG community with everyone involved. It's not just about coding - way more we need people to test things, update documentation and most importantly work on uniting the community of people enjoying and working on FOG!

@iot said in Cliente não inicializa o servidor FOG:

ok the picture tells me that its trying to pxe boot but never receives boot information. I understand you are using vmware workstation. Sometimes this does not boot via pxe we see this as a problem.

If you pxe boot with a physical computer do you get the same error… no pxe boot or do you get an error number?

Also can you tell me about your dhcp server? What do you have configured for dhcp option 66 {next-server} and dhcp option 67 {boot-fil}? For dhcp option 67 if your pxe booting computer is BIOS firmware then you need undionly.kpxe if your pxe booting computer is UEFI firmware then you need ipxe.efi for dhcp option 67.
