      Hello everybody,

      I’ve just a problem, when I want to create a snappin. An error appear “Snapin create fail”

      My view log :

      [Mon Dec 17 14:00:10.227429 2018] [proxy_fcgi:error] [pid 1148] [client 192.168.3.113:50349] AH01071: Got error ‘PHP message: PHP Warning: ftp_put(): Permission denied. in /var/www/fog/lib/fog/fogftp.class.php on line 708\n’, referer: http://192.168.3.6/fog/management/index.php?node=snapin&sub=add

      Can anyone help me please ?!!

        What version of FOG are you running?

        Have you tried troubleshooting FTP information?

        Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

                I used FOG 1.5.5
                Yes i’ve look troubleshooting section

                Good permissions and owner on folder /images

                I just make a fresh install on fresh VM and i have the same problem ;(

                  @maouu Run getenforce and post output here…

                  Which server OS do you have?

                  For snapins you need to check the permissions of /opt/fog/snapins
