Looks like the link https://fogproject.org/kernels/kernelupdate_bootstrap.php gives a 504 Gateway Time-out nginx/1.12.2 error message when you both try to go to the link directly or when fog server 1.5.5.1 tries to connect to it to be able to download the latest kernels.

Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)
