      I followed the steps from for making a centos iso but the menu is not showing.

      Step 5: In the fog WebGUI go to FOG Configuration->iPXE New Menu Entry
      Set the following fields
      Menu Item: os.Centos7
      Description: Centos 7 v1607 {or what ever version you are building}
      Parameters:
      kernel tftp://10.0.2.15/os/centos/7/vmlinuz
      initrd tftp://10.0.2.15/os/centos/7/initrd.img
      imgargs vmlinuz initrd=initrd.img root=live:nfs://10.0.2.15/images/os/centos/7/LiveOS/squashfs.img ip=dhcp repo=nfs://10.0.2.15/images/os/centos/7 splash quiet
      boot || goto MENU
      Menu Show with: All Hosts

      I’m thinking it may be a problem with my nfs shares? Here is the output of my /etc/exports:
      cat /etc/exports
      /images *(ro,sync,no_wdelay,no_subtree_check,insecure_locks,no_root_squash,insecure,fsid=0)
      /images/dev *(rw,async,no_wdelay,no_subtree_check,no_root_squash,insecure,fsid=1)

        @deric This image shows exactly what I speculated (guessed). You are missing the menu text since the description field is empty.0_1521566083031_desc_blank.png

          The nfs share, has nothing to do with the iPXE menu. So you can remove that from consideration at the moment. Now if the iPXE menu shows up but when you select the menu item something else happens… then that is another story.

          I find it very strange, this menu entry does appear to be correct. Can you provide a screen shot of the actual menu item? Also if you could post the output of this command, replacing the IP address of the fog server in the correct spot: http://<fog_server_ip>/fog/service/ipxe/boot.php?mac=10:00:00:00:00:00 You can do that from a browser, it will display the text behind the iPXE menu.

                The red line above is the issue. There is only one parameter field. There is the menu text that is missing. In your OP you say this is what you entered. (the screen shot of the actual menu item would be handy).

                Menu Item: os.Centos7
                Description: Centos 7 v1607 {or what ever version you are building}

                But according to the iPXE menu content this is what I suspect you have.

                Menu Item: os.Centos7-minimal-ISO
                Description: <blank>

                  Does your Centos image actually exist here?
