    Hi ALL - Just did a migration to a new server and upgraded to SVN Revision: 6080. I backed up the ssl folder and imported as I have before and reran with installfog.sh -K as I have read in another post. All of my clients do the initial check in but then this is what shows up in the client log for authentication and modules:

    --------------------------------Authentication--------------------------------

    1/24/2018 9:54 AM Client-Info Version: 0.11.12
    1/24/2018 9:54 AM Client-Info OS: Windows
    1/24/2018 9:54 AM Middleware::Authentication Waiting for authentication timeout to pass
    1/24/2018 9:56 AM Middleware::Communication Download: http://x.x.x/fog/management/other/ssl/srvpublic.crt
    1/24/2018 9:56 AM Data::RSA FOG Server CA cert found
    1/24/2018 9:56 AM Middleware::Authentication Cert OK
    1/24/2018 9:56 AM Middleware::Communication POST URL: http://x.x.x/fog/management/index.php?sub=requestClientInfo&authorize&newService
    1/24/2018 9:56 AM Middleware::Response Private key path not found

    Any suggestions or where to look would be appritiated.

      Rerun the installer:

      ./installfog.sh -KY

      Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

        After running as you suggested I received the same message several times in the client log and then on about the 5th attempt it still received the private key issue then says success and then proceeds to give an error on the host modules.

          @wlainey What’s the setting for ssl path on the storage node found at (http://x.x.x/)?

            @wlainey If you don’t know what to look for: FOG web UI -> Storage -> “node name” -> SSL Path

            Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

                @wlainey What do you get running ls -al /opt/fog/snapins/ssl on your FOG server console?

                  @sebastian-roth said in AM Middleware::Response Private key path not found:

                    @wlainey Do you have more than one storage node defined in the Web UI?

                    From the username apache I see this could be a CentOS system. Any chance this is a SElinux issue? Please run sestatus and ls -alZ /opt/fog/snapins/ssl and post here.

                    Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)
