How to install fog_0.33

I am relatively new to FOG and I would like to know how to install the latest FOG trunk. I would like a step-by-step tutorial if possible, as I was unable to find one on Google. Thanks in advance.

I’ll do my best, as I have not done it yet, but this is where I would start.
