What precisely do you have configured for dhcp option 67? UEFI systems need a uefi boot kernel such as ipxe.efi. A uefi system will not boot with a bios (legacy) kernel like undionly.kpxe (which appears to be booting in the second picture).

Please help us build the FOG community with everyone involved. It's not just about coding - way more we need people to test things, update documentation and most importantly work on uniting the community of people enjoying and working on FOG!

@proofy Does it work for other machines? Is a job scheduled for this Lenovo M710q or do you expect to get to the FOG menu?

What do you get when you open the URL http://172.16.1.235/service/ipxe/boot.php?mac=6c:4b:90:1a:7d:d3 in your browser? Post the full output here so we can have a look.

Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

@sebastian-roth That was a good clue. The start page of Fog is coming up. The RewriteEngine from Apache ensures this. If I specify the /fog directory, an iPXE script is displayed. That’s why I created a symbolic link from fog/services to services in the HTML-Root directory and the ipxe. efi file now starts the FOG menu.

@proofy Ahhh, I overlooked what was wrong in the URL… it should be http://172.16.1.235/fog/service/ipxe/boot.php?mac=6c:4b:90:1a:7d:d3

Something is wrong in your setup and creating that link is just masking the issue. Take a look at /tftpboot/default.ipxe, the URL should be in there.

Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

@sebastian-roth Yeah, there was the wrong path in it. Thank you very much.
So it’s not a hardware problem.

How did this happen? I installed it twice on the system. The first time I hit Enter when I asked for the database password. But that was wrong. I then uninstalled it and reinstalled it from the front. Maybe something went wrong. In particular, uninstalling was very fast compared to installing.
