    • RE: Deployed Image does not join Domain or change hostname

@JeremyBrown You may want to filter out any Tunnel MAC’s that come with the computer. You can do this via the Fog Configuration -> Fog Client - Host Register and putting in the first 6 of the MAC to eliminate certain manufacturers MACs from populating the host registration. The only way I’ve seen this cleared is either re-naming the Primary MAC in the Host’s page, or deleting the host and letting it re-register via the smart client.

    • RE: Virtual Fedora Server FOG install Issues

@wayne-workman That worked. Could there be a change to the wiki in this case? I swear I spent far too long troubleshooting that.

Thank you Wayne, for your assistance. I can get to the webpage now. I’m excited to use this tool!

    • RE: Virtual Fedora Server FOG install Issues

@wayne-workman I didn’t know that, I’ve been using the default branch. Thanks for including the install procedure in the github page. My assumption that it would work stemmed from the requirements section of the installation portion of the wiki https://wiki.fogproject.org/wiki/index.php?title=Installation

I’ve cloned the dev-branch, and will run through the installation now.

    • Virtual Fedora Server FOG install Issues

I’m having issues installing FOG on a virtual fedora 36 (I can’t find 24 lmk if I’m crazy please) Using Hyper-V, I can ping the server from other machines on the network (IPaddress), I can also get a webpage from adding a index.html file to httpd (var/www/html/index.html) via IP address. however I can’t get to the web interface (http://ipaddress/fog/management) if I navigate to it I get a error 500 Internal Server error. If I curl it from my host’s terminal I get html code for 301 Moved permanently the document has moved <href= http://ipaddress/fog/management> Not too sure if this is a permissions issue, or a file config issue. Any advice is helpful.

I am unable to proceed with the install because I’m at the step where it says “You still need to install/update your database schema. This can be done by going to http://ipaddress/fog/management”

      I’ve done somethings here https://www.server-world.info/en/note?os=Fedora_36&p=httpd&f=1

      Thank you.
      WC.
