    • RE: What do you have FOG running on?

Running on a little HP ML110 with Ubuntu 10.04 LTS. So far I think we have imaged around 200 of 1200 machines in a standalone environment. We arent currently using most of the features but this server has helped us greatly with deployments.

    • RE: USB Stick / DVD Restores

My company is looking into products like Dell/Kace and IBMs solution and they have these type of features for a nice fee if you want. If you arent using Fog over the network and only in a standalone environment like we are currently I know your dilemma.

    • Bypass Host Registration issue

Working out the setup of FOG and I want to use it only to multicast win7 in an isolated network. I have successfully used fog’s group multicast but would prefer the method to bypass host registration. We only want to use this for cloning new systems before deploying at branch sites.

Did all the modifications to the php and other files but when I pxe I get the error “Unable to locate image file for Windows 7!(sys.img.000)”
Other wierdness I have noticed is while testing images up/down and removing from img management they did not delete cleanly. Permissions issue on that part I believe.

      Ubuntu 10.04 and .32.

      Thanks for any ideas.
