I had the exact same issue, but with RHELE 9.3. The “Image Creation” stopped working randomly. Every other button/tab worked though. I wasn’t able to figure out what was going on and I ended up wiping my server and starting over. Now it works fine. I wasn’t able to figure out why it happened. I thought it was just me until I saw this. I think there is some kind of relation on the server to that page that somehow breaks. I wasn’t able to figure that part out. I wish you luck though.

This was a weird one. I ended up reimaging my FOG server and now it works. I wasn’t able to figure out what happened, but it was some kind of local issue as far as I can figure.

I have a FOG server up and running. Every aspect of the server appears to be working except for in the web interface, the “Create New Image” page is not loading. It simply loads blank. I have tested it on multiple computers and it yields the same results.
This was working fine 2 days ago. I can’t seem to figure out why this one page will not work.

I have images captured, I can deploy images, I can change the image settings, but I can make new ones.
My memory is not full. I am only using about 40-50% of it to store the 3 images I have on there already.

I can use every tab and option within the tabs except for “Create New Image”. When I click on that, this is all I get:

From what I can gather it appears to be something wrong with the server? I have full access to it, but I am not sure where to look or what to change to allow the “Create New Image” to load from the 500 error.
