RE: Kernel - 3.2.4 Core
As an update, I have taken a video to capture the error message and tom has been answering on http://fogproject.org/forum/threads/hardware-currently-working-with-fog-v1-x-x.10685/
My Gasland is one of your switches isn’t responding fast enough you may need to look into DNS mask
You think DNS mask? Even if we have 6 other makes/models that work without an issue?

We are using spanning tree and port fast is enabled. We are a mixture of Cisco, HP and Netgear for now…

RE: Hardware Currently Working with FOG v1.x.x
I took a video and was able to pinpoint the error: “Error 0x040ee119 ( http://ipxe.org/040ee119)”
I went to the URL. Can someone point me in the right direction in changing/updating the ipxe file please? -
RE: Hardware Currently Working with FOG v1.x.x
It throws an errors just after this and the error is so quick there is no time to read it.
I can personally vouch for the HP DC7800’s working with Fog 1.x.x. I have about 150 of them and all are working correctly.
What kernel are you using? We have Dell Optiplexes, Acer Veritrons, Toshiba L500s and Lenovo ThinkPads working but not the HP DC7800s. They were working (.32) prior to the upgrade to 1.1.2.

RE: Kernel - 3.2.4 Core
I deleted that question (a few minutes ago) because it was answered here. I was able to replace both the bzimage and bzimage32 and get most of our machines working on that. I am having an issue with the HP DC 7800, assuming it’s a kernel issue. It errors out after I see this screen but the error is so quick I can’t read it.

RE: Hardware Currently Working with FOG v1.x.x
I am unable to find a working kernel for the HP DC7800. Above and on the working devices page it is stated that it works with the default.

Thanks Junkhacker! I actually got there with his direction.

RE: Kernel - 3.2.4 Core
Thanks Tom! Do you happen to know what the “Default bzImage” was for 1.1.2? Many of the known working devices say Default bzImage (including the machine I am currently working on) and ours was changed to troubleshoot something else.

RE: Kernel - 3.2.4 Core
I am having the same issue with the 3.2.4 kernel. I downloaded from sourceforge and have it in /var/www/fog/service/ipxe (Fog 1.1.2) but it has a different icon from the bzImage (not very familiar with the linux file structure but getting there). Any thoughts?
