If I change the boot loader will both legacy and uefi work. I only have 2 models that do not support legacy.

UEFI
When trying to image these computers, using FOG, I am not able to pxe boot. It takes me to a screen that has ip4 and ip6. I tried both and neither will pxe. The two models I am trying are HP ProDesk 400 G9 and Dell Precision 3850. In the past, I had to switch from UEFI to Legacy. On these new computers using legacy boot is not an option. Pxe boot is turned on both machines in the BIOS. I made sure all drivers are up to date.Secure Boot is disabled. Bios on both devices are also up to date. I know the issue is UEFI but I do not know how to solve it.

RE: HP Elitebook 840 G6
Yes and yes. I am seeing there is a conflict with certain hard drives. I just do not know what it is or how to bypass the issue. What is really frustrating is after the image times out, during the deploy, all of the data for that image is no longer there. Then I have to send it back up to try again.

HP Elitebook 840 G6
I am trying to image a bunch of HP Elitebook 840 G6s using a FOG server. I built an image and sent it up without issue. I brought it down to 5 machines without issue. Then I hit a wall. Since then it will not work with these machines. I have tried to reset the Bios then turn off secure boot and enable legacy boot.I compared the bios of a machine that worked with a machine that did not work and saw nothing. I have tried different hard drives in the machine and it still will not work. I tried to bring down an older image and it still will not work. It starts out transferring the image at the normal rate of speed. After that it gradually slows down until it times out. After it failed to bring down the image to the new computer the image on the server disappears.
What is strange is that I imaged a HP ZBook yesterday without issue.

RE: I am trying to image a lab of Dell Precision 1700's.
I created the image in UEFI mode. I had to turn on the Legacy Roms in order to get the device to pxe. However, I never took the device out of UEFI mode. I used the same settings on the machine I brought the image down to.

RE: I am trying to image a lab of Dell Precision 1700's.
As far as syspreping goes…I have not. I am new to this school district and they have not had to sysprep in the past. Since being here I have sent three images up. This being the 4th. Two of them I have brought back down without syspreping. One of the two was a cart of 30 computers.

I am trying to image a lab of Dell Precision 1700's.
I am able to send the image up. I have to first turn off secure boot and turn on legacy roms. After I do this I am able to pxe boot. It appears that I am able to bring the image down to a new computer. However, the new computer will not boot. It reads “This computer needs to be repaired.”
