I got below error during installation:

Stopping web service………………………………….Failed!

I installed apache/httpd service then re-run installation and everything was perfect.

If anyone gets error during apache/httpd installation then open epel.repo from below location and change https –> http in mirrorlist link.
vi /etc/yum.repos.d/epel.repo
