If anyone is interested this worked for me. I found this in a MS thread. I placed this in my Windows\Setup\Script\SetupComplete file just above the fog service enabled command.

Well after a bunch of research and testing, this little tool works pretty well.

A little utility that you setup one profile exactly how you want it and then this will copy all those profile settings to the newly added users. Works for domain users as well.

I received this error when trying to upgrade to 1.59.

I am having a issue and I am not really sure where it is coming from, The issue is I have pc’s that will randomly lock up, nothing is the event viewer about the lock up, I am using win 10 1903 fully patched, At first I thought it was something to do with them going to sleep but that doesnt appear to be the case in all instances. I think it is happening after I image another pc. I have about 700 pc using the same image and they all imaged correctly joined the domain, changed their names correctly etc… When I patch or changed the image and then send that new sysprepped image out to a pc it seams like a few machines will randomly lock shortly after that newly pushed out image is sent to a pc. I am not sure if that make sense or not but it is hard to explain. I am wondering if it could be fog client on the machine? I did the google searches on windows 10 lockup and tried several suggested fix but nothing works. Any thoughts are appreciated.

Working on my Win 10 image and now The only problem at this point is that Microsoft Edge (and a few others like Paint 3D) seem to be hanging when you open them. I found a several others with similar issues after system and using copy profile but I have not seen a actual fix. I set the image up in audit mode and used copy profile in my unattend but

Anyone else running into this issue and how to correct the issue.

If I login as local admin everything runs great.

Looking for some guidance on how to block the taskbar and the start menu but leave my custom tiles as they are. Thoughts.

So I have may sysprep file working good. I have it auto logging on so the fog service can startup properly and it can build that default administrator and account because I used the copy profile feature. My question is do I need to have the auto login on for these items to happen. I would prefer not, I would prefer that it just rebooted to the login screen in general. This way if I send a image down and I am not near the pc I dont have to worry about it sitting logged in as admin until I can get to it to log off that account. I am worried if I dont do the auto login the fog service and copy profile command the items wont fully get to the state they need to be. I there a option that I can have this account auto login after sysprep just as it is but then log off after a set time.

@george1421 Thanks for the reply, I was afraid of this. Damn, I had my windows 7 image so nice and easy process.

So, I have my golden image created and I created that image in audit mode on windows 10, I have the copy profile set to true in my unattend file. My question is, I am not sure if this should be on the fog forum or maybe a windows form but thought I would start here. Also I know I can do some of these items via windows policies but I wanted to keep the policy push to a minimum. This image is in a EDU environment (Just FYI) So the current image sends up and pushes out good. I have fog set to rename the device and add to AD so all that appears good.

What I am missing is I want to be able to set the desktop icons and the start button app icons so all the students receive this on first login without having to push a windows policy. How can I do this via my golden image? Also anyone have any luck on all new users to make chrome default and adobe default. I had these set in the golden image in audit mode but when a new user logs in it did not remember these settings. The other thing that I would like to do is to remove the xbox, my office, onenote, store, groove music, skype, movies and tv . I found a powershell script that removed these on my golden image in audit mode and ran this but again new domain user login and these come back.

Ok, I am on the right path, Thanks for unattend file. It worked, Now I would like to change a couple things on it and I will do that one at a time and test it. First is, it current auto logs in as administrator, and it does this until after the 2nd restart. I am guessing all I need to do is to put the auto login from 2 to 0 or does this unattend need at least 1 ?
