I am wondering if anyone can assist or has any idea as to why a fellow employee’s laptop is randomly rebooting. He will be working, laptop reboots, and a FOG log is then created and placed in his

The first sign of this happened last week. Since then I removed his laptop from host management and it persist to keep happening.

As described by the end-user…

“My laptop randomly shuts down while I’m working on it. There does not appear to be any pattern to the shutdown except that it is random. The problem still persist. My laptop just shutdown while I was in a zoom meeting. Here is the fog log.”
