Hello,

I attempted to collect an image from a Dell Latitude laptop without first adding it to the Fog database. I also used the Fogprep utility, which I understand I don’t need to use with the new version of Fog.

Now, every boot to the PXE attempts to find this laptop in the Fog database and fails: “Unable to locate host in database, please ensure that mac address is correct.”

I thought by forcing the laptop to load Windows, it would reset the Fogprep and then would allow me to PXE boot and add the machine to the Fog database prior to trying to image it again, but this hasn’t worked.

Can someone assist me?
