Failure imaging Dell XPS 13 9343 w/ Dell USB ethernet adapter
Hi everyone!
I’ve just received a bunch of Dell XPS 13 9343 laptops and am using a Dell FM76N USB ethernet adapter (RTL8153) with them to boot to FOG. Everything appears to go swimmingly using DHCP and iPXE until I run into this and the boot process hangs at 90%:
I am running FOG 1.2.0 and am using undionly.kkpxe. I have tried undionly.kpxe, default.ipxe, ipxe.kkpxe, ipxe.kpxe, undionly.pxe, and undionly.kpxe.INTEL with no luck. I have also tried chainloading PXE to iPXE as described here to no avail:
Chainloading PXE to iPXE using pxelinux.0
I have also tried the latest official kernel (4.1.0 TomElliott X86_64) with no luck.We also have a group of Dell XPS 12 laptops and those are able to get to the FOG menu using the very same USB NIC.
Any ideas as to what I should try next?
Thanks!
