Why this is happened to my fog server 1.1.1

Plss… I Need help for my fog server 1.1.1
When i’m always uploading image or capturing image using fog server 1.1.1
The main problem is, the rate of uploading image is very slow…[ATTACH=full]1009[/ATTACH]

Computer model:
-Dell 2030
-Hp3330
-Fog server 1.1.1
-multiple partition / single disk and i also tried "single disk (ntfs only)

Fog: 0.32
Os : ubuntu 12.04
-And the image that i’m capturing is have a free installed windows 7
-and i already installed tweak and apps that i needed

• the size of my harddisk is 500Gb
  -the total used on my hdd is 30Gb

When i always uploading image into my fog server the size of image is very large 190GB comparing on clonezilla 20GB+
