@mechalas Please run ls -al /var/www /var/www/html and post output here. Mind the spaces in the command mentioned.

@sebastian-roth as you suspected, this ISO image did boot both legacy and EFI. Which has been a boon.

I have used this ISO four times this week, and it has been a huge time-saver.

Thank you. I understand the complexity issue and removing the DB manually is easy enough.

@Wayne-Workman said in FOG install overwrites /etc/exports with no warning:

In what scenarios do you see having two?

If you were to install fog side by side with another product that supports nfs. What is the likelihood of two installs creating an entry with fsid of 0 or 1? We see that issue today when someone wants to create a second nfs share on the fog server and clones what is currently there but updates the paths only.

@mechalas Nice to see you’re still around! I remember having looked into this for quite a while but then decided I’d just use the cert store search as implemented to fix this. It’s working great and I don’t see any drawbacks. We have moved forward and released new fog-client versions since then.

Nevertheless there are new things to look at and figure out. It would be really great if you’d help us on the fog-client.
