I kept getting this error message after running an apt-get update and apt-get upgrade on my Debian box. I checked the forums, and many Google searches to find issues with permissions and passwords. No passwords changed, but I retyped them anyways. No permissions changed, but I reapplied permissions anyways. Nothing worked.

Finally, I just bounced the box (reboot), and it works. Just in case anyone else stumbles upon this

There should be a tutorial for adding printers that utilize the built in Windows 7 Print Drivers, as some printer manufacturers stop offering downloads if the driver is built in to the Operating System
