    • RE: Snapins fail to deploy with 1.0.1

I should have stated I’ve been using these same snapins successfully since v. .31 so it’s not a problem with the snapin files.

    • Snapins fail to deploy with 1.0.1

Ok, I’m about ready to smoke my Ubuntu 14.04/FOG 1.0.1 install and go back to Ubuntu 10.04/FOG .32 if this can’t be resolved.

I have two snapins (vbs scripts) that I use to add my clients to AD with. One is for XP and the other for Win-7. The Win7 spapin appears to be deployed but does not actually execute on the client. I have the reboot option ticked and it does reboot but not actually executing.

What logs/troubleshooting do I need to provide to find the error?

      TIA

    • RE: FOG 1.0.1 Snapin Client disabled

How can I get the svn versions you mentioned? I cannot get snapins to deploy at all.

    • RE: FOG 1.0.1 Snapin Client disabled

I’m having issues with my snapins that worked correctly in .32 NOT working in 1.0.1 since upgrading. They “appear” to be deployed but do not actually execute on the client either from a fresh image download or deploying them separately. I even removed them from FOG and reuploaded them with the same settings.

    • Green FOG Problem

I have enabled Green Fog and added a shutdown event and it is not working. Is this a known issue?

      TIA

    • Failed to delete image file

      Hello All,

I receive the error message “Failed to delete image file” when I am removing an image definition plus the file. Any suggestions? I’m guessing it’s a permissions issue.

      TIA

    • RE: Windows 7 image upload

Fogprep is not required since v.32. We just started using Win-7 this school year and I have not had any problems. I prepared my machines by completely wiping the drive and installing from scratch to one ntfs partition. I also turn system restore off as I consider FOG to be my system restore.
