RE: Download Task Works but Doesn't Image the PC
It’s fine now. I copied over an existing FOG image to /images and tried that which errored out. I uploaded a new image, copied the old image contents into the new image folder and now it’s good.
Thanks! -
Download Task Works but Doesn't Image the PC
Just re-installed Fog 1.2.0. on Ubuntu 12. When I create a Download task it looks as if it’s going fine but then it finishes in about 10 seconds. Upon rebooting the PC, (HP 6200) the same image is still there. Is this a Storage Node issue? Usernames and Passwords are all the same in SQL and FOG. THANKS!!

RE: Newly Imaged Computer Reboots
I don’t have it set up to join the domain. There’s also been a few occasions where after the image is complete, the PC will reboot and revert to the image name. I’ll change it back to e.g. (HS-215-04), as listed on the Fog server, then it reboots again and reverts to the image name.

Newly Imaged Computer Reboots
Good afternoon - Periodically, I’ll have a newly-imaged PC reboot multiple times. No changes after rebooting. After taking the Fog Client out, the problem stops. What would cause this issue?
Running Fog 1.2.0. Win7 PC being re-imaged.Thanks,
Keith

RE: Can Upload but Can't Download Images - FOG 1.2.0
same problem here. It has worked for months now but suddenly it fails (I have done a lot of svn upgrades and run 2145 now). Cannot imagine this has to do with ftp on my server as I have never changed anything lately.
I fixed my issue by setting the password in Storage Management. Use the same password as when you login to your machine.

RE: Can Upload but Can't Download Images - FOG 1.2.0
Fixed this issue by setting the password in Storage Management. Now, I’m getting the “This Is Not A PartClone Image” error. I did not see the option to change that like in the previous version of FOG.

RE: Can Upload but Can't Download Images - FOG 1.2.0
the fog user and it’s password should have been set for you when you installed fog. let’s try to figure out what happened there.
did you change any passwords in the gui after installing fog?
I did not. Passwords were left alone.
