well, Im not some kind of scripting kung-fu specialist on Fog, so basicaly I mostly did translations, few parts as “enter static IP” was removed plus I added some loops…nothing really hardcore. But base on your answer it looks like I will burn lot of time to make those changes again in new version of kernel. Huf … Nooot happy with that at all

Ok then, one small sugesstion on this topic…whats about having hard links in fog.* scripts for text areas which will lead to something like /bin/fog.txt.eng and in future /bin/fog.txt.de-fr-ca.whatewer? With that, fog users can make translations for their own language and you can include it in new kernels pack and also users will get ability to simply modifi their language file for their own taste and simply transfer them to new kernel. Whats abou that?

Thx for quick reply. One more question…I did lot of changes in init.gz (/bin/fog.* ). Are there changes in /bin/fog.whatewer in new versions of kernel or can I simply copy my modified version to the new init.gz?
