I have this Same issue…
I just removed the Video card and used the onboard for the upload.
and for the Deployment, i just do a quick Image, change the settings on the Web GUI, and then image away…
It has the Screen all messed up but after 10 minutes or less its done, and works fine.
Im in the same boat as zbarnes…
any one have any suggestions.
I followed all the steps very carefully… and at the “Set up is Checking video Performance”
I get a Install Windows Error
read error in the C:\Windows\pather\unattend.xml
