Would SSD’s be better than SATA III?
I was looking at the Samsung 840 Pro vs the Western Digital VelociRaptor WD1000DHTZ.
We would do most likely raid 5 or 6. Is there an advantage either way? -

This happens to us frequently. Create a launcher and set it to automatically run on after boot. Also, turning off the GUI seemed to help oddly.

I’m looking for some help configuring our FOG server for maximum potential. What specs would your recommend? We run an intel Modular Server with 3 VM’s on each compumod. 2 - 6 core processors and 48 GB of RAM. How much would you recommend allocating to it? We image approximately 30 computers at a time over our WAN. Also, would you recommend putting it on a stand alone server? If so, What specs should we look at purchasing? What board and server have native ubuntu support? Thank you!
