I “think” we figured it out.
Went into FOG Settings > FOG System Settings > Multicast Settings > FOG_UDPCAST_INTERFACE change it to the interface listed which was eth0 to what was listed in ifconfig which is em1.
We then restarted the Multicast service:
sudo service FOGMulticastManager stop
sudo service FOGMulticastManager start
