not a bios issue… is there a way to delete these from the fog database and then rebuild the database?

not a disk issue…tried wiping disk with dban first, as well as a different disk. still gets to the point where it should start the image process(checks disks, then cleans up, then Task completed and exits the pxe boot). Totally baffled, as these are identical to the rest. will try the bios update and try again…

    • Cant get fog to image disk

I have a set of 12 acer netbooks that I have imaged before. Out of these 12, I now have 2 that will not image. pxe boots correctly, and starts the fog script for imaging, but after detecting the hard drives, I get a Task Completed! and Updating the Database messages at the client, then the computer exits the pxe boot and stops before trying to boot the local hard drive. I ran simultaneous imaging on 6 of these with identical hardware and bios settings, with 2 of these failures. tried starting in debug deploy with the same results. Any ideas? thanks
