I am a rental company for event AV. I am fairly new to FOG project and have only used it to clone computers so then clients have clean windows when they get the laptop. The main problem that I am running into is that I have technicians that are not a knowledgeable about computers as I am and want to use multicast to make it so then they just need to plug in the laptop and it will do everything for them, and they don’t need to go into the FOG project and click on the laptop host and deploy image and then smash the F9 key. When looking at the multicast option I see that you can pick a group of hosts and deploy the image. The thing is that I have 3 different HP laptops: Probook G6 450, Probook G8 430, Probook G8 450. Which each need their own separate image.
1: Am i doing this correctly in general?
2: Is there a way to make all of these series multicast at the same time?

Also I have a separate microsoft account for each laptop to let clients be able to edit their presentations. I have to image my laptops without the account on the computer or it will copy it over.
Is there a to have FOG save those accounts to those specific laptops so I don’t have to log in after every deploy?
