I have a HP Pavillion laptop that I am testing with. I have FOG 1.3.0 ver7013 and I have DHCP set to use to the snponly.efi file for booting. The laptop will download the file ok but then goes to a blank screen for a second, and reboots to Windows. I have read and followed the documentation here and online from other sources. Am I missing something?

RE: FOG 1.3.0 and UEFI
Sorry for the long delay I have been swamped with other project. Thank you for getting back with me and the link to the guide. I will look into possibly upgrading that server to 2012. Thank you again for all of your assistance, it really is appreciated.
Thanks,

RE: FOG 1.3.0 and UEFI
Hi George1421,
Thank you for getting back to me. I am version 7013 of the trunk. The machine I will be testing on is Dell Latitiude E5440, but I will be having a mix of UEFI and BIOS boot devices in our environment and we will be running a Windows Server 2008R2 DHCP server. Please advise the recommended way implement this.
Thanks,
Anthony

FOG 1.3.0 and UEFI
Hello All,
I have recently upgraded to FOG 1.3.0 and so it is great! Does have any advice on booting a UEFI device and imaging it? Which .efi file have others been using? Any gotchas or tripping points with this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance!

RE: Imaging Issues After Migration
@Sebastian-Roth Well I got it working. There was a problem with the hard drive in the PC. I changed it out and it works great. Sorry for wasting everyone’s time. Probably should have checked for the obvious. You did mention that the latest FOG Trunk is available as well as FOG 1.3.0, where can I download those? Does FOG 1.3.0 support UEFI booting and imaging?
Thanks again!

@george1421 Not a problem…I should have been more descriptive in the beginning. I uploaded a picture to the post of the output I am getting

RE: Imaging Issues After Migration
@george1421 I apologize, yes that has been done. I migrated the database and imported the old database into the new server’s database. So, when I log into the GUI all of my hosts are listed under the Host section and all of my images are listed under the Image section. The image is mapped to the corresponding Host in the GUI.

RE: Imaging Issues After Migration
@george1421 The old server was never upgraded. It was brought online about 6 months ago as a test and now that we like we moved it to a better server.

RE: Imaging Issues After Migration
@george1421 I probably did not do that. How is that done?

Imaging Issues After Migration
I have finished migrating to a new physical server. All is good until it is time to download an image. I get an error related to partition syntax. Then it goes through a list of other errors related to partitions. I have verified that all of the images from the /images directory were moved off of the old server to the /images directory of the new server. I am not sure what I am missing. Anyone else have this issue?

Unable to Login after IP Address Change
I have had to change the IP Address of my FOG server from 192.168.1.10 to 192.168.5.10. I followed the instructions on the Wiki and I can no longer log into my server with any username/password combination including the default one. I have also tried re-running the installer without any change. I am running FOG 1.2.0 on Ubuntu Server 12.04.

RE: Database Stability
Thank you for your help that got me up and running. I have been researching the FOG Trunk and I am curious what the advantages are to using the trunk? I am new to FOG so please forgive me if this sounds like a stupid question.

RE: Database Stability
Wayne,
Thank you for the information. I will try downgrading to Ubuntu 13 as we are still in the testing stages and are still proofing out a deployment. I will let you know how it goes. Thank you again!

Database Stability
I am new to FOG. I am running FOG 1.2.0 on Ubuntu 14.04 64-bit. I am having an issue with the MYSQL database. When I browse to the server I get the page that asks you to run the update. When this happens TFTP and PXE stop working. If I re-run the FOG installer , FOG will run normally for a few hours. Anybody have any ideas?

RE: Can't download uploaded image to client
I am having this same problem with one of my images as well. I have tried all of the troubleshooting steps listed in the Wiki without any change. Anyone have any ideas? The machine I am trying to image is a Windows XP Kiosk.
