Update :
Before sysprep, i created a temp_user.
It’s working but the computer does not automatically join the domain.
The service is starting well automatically.

Hi,
It’s working nice, thanks.
But, after image installation, i have the following error :
Windows could not complete the installation.
I don’t understand. I followed this link :
https://wiki.fogproject.org/wiki/index.php?title=FOG_Client#FOG_Client_with_Sysprep
Hi,
On my source image, i did a sysprep.
I did the upload to the fog server.
On another computer, i executed deploy task.
It’s ok but i need to configure Windows 10 with language, user, etc …
It’s a normal behavior ?
Thanks
Hi,
Works perfect, thanks
But after image deployment, auto join domain not working. Can i see log somewhere ?
Thanks
Hi,
I’m trying to upload my first image.
It’s a computer with old Windows (no UEFI). This morning, I made a fresh installation of Windows 10 UEFI.
In my console, i created the upload task.
In the computer i have the following error :
The ntfs partition is in an unsafe state.
Two questions :
I have AHCI mode. This can be the cause ?
I’m reading that’s it’s better to convert disk to MBR. It’s true & obvious ?
I did not do sysprep before restarting because it’s just a test. Is it necessary for it to work ?
Thanks
I have message : Hit any key to continue.
If i hit, it’s ok, windows is booting. But i can’t desactivate that ? Users will need to click every time ?
Okay, first success : after bios update, I have refind - initializing with blue background.
NOTE : refind.conf scanfor line specifies scanning for one or more legacy boot options however. This is not posible because your computer lacks the necessary Compatibility Support Module (CSM) support or that support is disabled in your firmware.
Thanks for your help
I’m using the last version of version.
A Windows 8 computer, with AMD A8-6600K APU with Radeon HD Graphics and ASUS motherboard (A55BM-K).
No updated to the latest bios, i will try now.
I puted REFIND for uefi and bios.
Re: Imposible to boot from hard drive
Hi,
I’ll be back after a year of break. I still have the same problem on my machines. Can not use fog.
Computer in UEFI mode with Windows 8.
No image loaded. I’m just trying to start on a network computer.
Exit mode (for both) : REFIND_EFI
Thanks
I did the update without reinstalling everything and the problem remains.
This is surely a problem in the bios. But impossible to find. I do not know what to do.
I can’t test with 3020M because there is not UEFI, just Legacy. I can’t format it actually. I can just play with the ASUS motherboard.
@tom-elliott last version of what ?
Then, the problem is the same.
Always this stroke that flashes at the top left.
Nothing displayed on the screen.
Or it is the messages before the boot menu ?
I feel like it’s like before.
I do not see a debug.
This is my pfSense - DHCP server config : is it correct for the boot?
I am able to capture image from this PC.
Modified, but this is not the problem.
Is it possible that it can not work with this motherboard?
Informations :
My DHCP : Default bios file name : undionly.kpxe
UEFI 32 bit file name : ipxe32.efi
UEFI 64 bit file name : ipxe64.efi
posible Kernel problem ?
