the diference are two hours. I have to schedule the task two hours less.

I´ve also modified the timezone in the php.ini but this do not afecto the cronjob.

For me it´s a “good” solution.

ok. I´ve found it.

Just changing the config in
/etc/php5/cli/php.ini and /etc/php5/apache2/php.ini
