php version is Zend 8.1.9

I’m trying to install on Fedora36. I have reached the point where I am asked to visit http://myhost/fog/management where I get a blank screen.

There’s nothing helpful in the httpd error log (just a 500 error). The php error log has a stack trace complaining about line 47 in databasemanager.class.php

Uncaught TypeError: implode(): argument #2 ($array) must be of type ?array

Any ideas? Fog version 1.5.4. Fedora 36.
