Hi Team,

I have recently implemented Fog in X location, we have 3 locations (X, Y & Z). I’m able to PXE boot from location X & Y, all 3 are on the sae network but different VLAN’s. However, in the location Z, I’m getting TFTP open timeout. I have set the DHCP options 66 & 67 and when I try to download the TFTP file from CMD, I’m able to download it without any issues. Can someone please help.

In my organization, I have started using the FOG for the past month and found it to be very flexible. We either register the host and deploy the image it via the console or just PXE boot and select “Deploy Image” and select the specific image for deployment. The whole process take less than 10 mins.

I would like to appreciate this nice little post, I wish I had stumbled upon this earlier. Last week I tried creating my Synology NAS as a storage node and it worked. Little did I know that was the beginning of my misery. Whole week I struggled in fixing the replication issues.
Had I found this Thread earlier, I wouldn’t have attempted it.

Earlier I was using SCCM for the deployments and injecting drivers via Task Sequence was easy enough. For ease of use I’m planning to switch to Fog. I have created a test image in fog and deployments are working fine, however, I’m unable to figure out how to add drivers of different models while doing a sysprep. I have gone thorugh several threads in the forum and unable to figureout. Can someone please guide me?
