HTTP ERROR 500 - new installation of fog

i almost finished the installation process, now i see this lines:

You still need to install/update your database schema.
This can be done by opening a web browser and going to:

http://132.70.33.80/fog/management
Press [Enter] key when database is updated/installed.

when i try to access http://132.70.33.80/fog/management
i get HTTP ERROR 500.

iptables is off
selinux is disabled
apache error log:
[Tue Mar 14 18:02:02 2017] [error] [client 132.71.162.87] PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function errorCode() on null in /var/www/html/fog/lib/db/pdodb.class.php on line 412
mysql root has no password (if it’s matter…)
i can see the main page of the apache if i try to access to /var/www/html by typing only the ip address

can anyone help?

Please install the RC-14 version of FOG. This issue has been addressed apparently though I don’t know the exact thing that fixed it.

i can see only the 1.3.4
