I have lab of computers I need to register into fog, but they are all already up to date, just not on the fog database. If I use quick registration, at the end it reboots and then deploys its associated image.

Is there a way to stop the auto image at the end?

    Thanks,
    Kiba

If all you’re trying to do is schedule an inventory update, why not just set the inventory update? Or disassociate the image from the AUTOREG system?

Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

I had a few problems when I upgraded fog to 1.3.3, in the process the sql database had to be re-installed and I lost the fog database. (My fault) So as far as Fog is concerned, it’s never seen these computers before, but they are all up to date. I just want to add them to the database, not -re-image them. I’ll look into the AUTOREG. Not seen this option, will try and find it.
        Thanks

Sorry Tom, I can see the AUTOREG. I only want to stop the image at the end of the registration, everything thing else is great.

@kibade I’m not understanding why it’s imaging at the end. Is there a predefined image it’s trying to associate?

@Tom-Elliott This is what I have. I couldn’t find much on the quick reg settings, so mainly used the “?” info. I might have misunderstood what it wanted?

@kibade Set the “quick_img_id” field to “Please select an option” and save.

I’ll work on a simple feature to improve upon this to enable “auto image or not” kind of thing.

@Tom-Elliott Awesome. I’ll try that now, makes sense that this will work. I’ll post back how it went.
                    Thanks
